Creating Email Templates
Coffee provides users the ability to email contacts directly from a user's email address. Managers have the ability to upload outreach-specific email templates for users to select.
Email templates are create in Levitate and displayed alphabetically in Coffee. Please keep that in mind when strategically naming your email templates. We suggest "Content Type - Style", or "Voicemail Follow Up - Upbeat" .
Creating Email Templates in Levitate to send from AIDA
Log in to Levitate with your same Coffee credentials. https://secure.levitate.ai
Click the Campaigns tab on the left-and navigation bar.
Click the Create New Template button
Type the subject and body of message as you'd like for it to appear in the recipient's inbox. Please note that the "First Name" field will pull in a first name if one exists. If the system does not recognize an actual first name, it will convert to "Good Morning" or "Good Evening", depending on the send time.
Click the Save As button when ready to save.
Save the name of the Template in a descriptive manner, noting that it will appear in alphabetical order.
Now, when a user sends an email in Coffee, they can click the dropdown to chose from the list of available templates.
