Audience: Levitate
Demo Confirmed - an upcoming demo that has already been flagged as confirmed
Upcoming Demo - demo scheduled for the next 2 days (or for Monday when it is a Friday)
Active Deal - in the 60 days after a demo (that hasn't been canceled)
Cold Demo - a lead that has had a demo scheduled for and has been more than 60 days since the demo
Research - a lead that we don't have any information about contacts (we may have phone numbers for the company and website, just not names for people there)
Follow Up - there is a follow up scheduled on the lead (maybe in the future or past)
No Show, Appt Rescheduled, Appt Scheduled, Lost, Won: represent the property deal stage for the most recent deal
Pending Outcome - after a call is initiated for the lead but the user hasn't added an outcome
Loading HubSpot Engagements - an indicator that we are still "refreshing" and getting the latest data from Hubspot for this lead
Replay - a lead is served again because the last time we served it, no outcome has been recorded
ASAP - call even if you have a follow up for this lead
{Name} - when RevOps assigns a lead to a blitz named {name} (example below)
In addition to these, if the lead is "served", we will add one with the name of the rule/blitz that resulted in the lead (e.g. First Confirmation Attempt, Second Confirmation Attempt, Follow Up: Scheduled, Follow Up: TodayFollow Up: 14 days)
