How to set a follow-up
You can set a follow-up in the notes panel after a call. Coffee will recommend a follow-up time frame for specific call outcomes/dispositions. If you do not want to use the recommended window to follow up, you can always set a specific time. If you want, you can always set a specific time.
When the time picker opens, it defaults to the lead's timezone. This way, if the person says "Call me back at 3 my time," you can pick the time without having to think about the time difference. Optionally, you can change the timezone to EST if you know when to call back based on your time. Either way, when you click "Save," the timezone is converted and displayed in EST so you can confirm that it is the correct time.
